Compound Butter Flight by Sokos.Kitchen

Ingredients

  • Martin's Sweet Dinner Potato Rolls, for serving

  • Cranberry Orange Butter:

    • ½ cup salted butter, softened at room temperature

    • ¼ cup frozen cranberries, thawed until room temp

    • ¼ tsp vanilla extract

    • 1 tbsp honey

    • ½ tsp orange zest

  • Pumpkin Spice Butter:

    • ½ cup salted butter, softened at room temperature

    • 1 tbsp pumpkin butter

    • 2 tbsp brown sugar

    • ¼ tsp vanilla bean paste

    • ½ tsp pumpkin spice blend

  • Pecan Pie Butter:

    • ½ cup salted butter, softened at room temperature

    • ¼ cup pecans

    • 2 tbsp maple syrup

    • ¼ tsp vanilla extract

    • ½ tsp cinnamon


Directions

  1. For each flavor, add all of the ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth (about 20-30 seconds).

  2. Serve with Martin’s Sweet Dinner Potato Rolls. (I like to follow the directions on the package and warm them up in the oven before serving.)
