Ingredients 2 Packs Martin’s Sweet Party Potato Rolls (24 Rolls Total) 1 Cup Fresh Brussels Sprouts, shredded 1 Cup Frozen Chopped Spinach, thawed 3 Artichoke Hearts, drained and chopped 1 Teaspoon Garlic, minced ¼ Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated 4 Ounces Cream Cheese, softened 1/2 Cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded Salt and Pepper, to taste Directions Preheat oven to 350°F. Cranberry Goat Cheese Bites
Ingredients 1 Pack Martin’s Sweet Dinner Potato Rolls 4 Ounces Goat Cheese ½ Cup Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce ¼ Cup Pecans, chopped Fresh Rosemary Directions Preheat oven to 350°F. Slice each Martin’s Dinner Potato Roll in half and use a rolling pin to flatten. Cut off sides to create clean edges. Carefully press each piece into muffin tins, creating cups.
