Ingredients

  • 1 Pack Martin’s Sweet Dinner Potato Rolls (12 rolls)

  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil

  • 1 Jar Blackberry Jam

  • 1 Wheel Brie Cheese

  • 6 Ounces Prosciutto

  • 1 Tablespoon Butter

  • 5 Packs Fresh Rosemary Stems

  • 12 Ounces Raspberries

  • 4 Ounces Pomegranate Arils

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Add olive oil to a cast iron skillet and line the edges with Martin’s Sweet Dinner Potato Rolls.

  3. Add a dollop of blackberry jam (or any jam of your choice!) to each roll, along with a slice of brie and a slice of prosciutto.

  4. Bake the skillet in the oven for 10-15 minutes until your brie melts and your rolls turn golden brown.

  5. Line a round marble platter with rosemary and place your baked rolls in a circular “wreath-like” shape.

  6. Add a ramekin of jam to the center (for dipping) and line the edges with red raspberries.

  7. Sprinkle pomegranate arils over the top to finish.
