Ingredients
1 Pack Martin’s Sweet Dinner Potato Rolls (12 rolls)
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1 Jar Blackberry Jam
1 Wheel Brie Cheese
6 Ounces Prosciutto
1 Tablespoon Butter
5 Packs Fresh Rosemary Stems
12 Ounces Raspberries
4 Ounces Pomegranate Arils
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Add olive oil to a cast iron skillet and line the edges with Martin’s Sweet Dinner Potato Rolls.
Add a dollop of blackberry jam (or any jam of your choice!) to each roll, along with a slice of brie and a slice of prosciutto.
Bake the skillet in the oven for 10-15 minutes until your brie melts and your rolls turn golden brown.
Line a round marble platter with rosemary and place your baked rolls in a circular “wreath-like” shape.
Add a ramekin of jam to the center (for dipping) and line the edges with red raspberries.
Sprinkle pomegranate arils over the top to finish.
