Ingredients
Sliders:
1 Unsliced Ham (Cured & Bone In)
1 Tbsp Mustard, Reg or Brown
2-3 Tbsp Sweet BBQ Rub, any kind will work
1 1/2 Tbsp Honey
1 Cup Orange Juice
2 Packs Martin’s Sweet Dinner Potato Rolls
Honey Garlic Glaze:
4 Tbsp Butter
1 Tbsp Honey
1/2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
2 Tsp Garlic Powder
Directions
Heat smoker to 225 degrees.
Pat ham dry. Score 1 inch apart on all sides of the ham, and rub with mustard and seasoning. All sides should be heavily coated.
Place ham on smoker until an internal temp of 160-65 is reached.
Place ham in tray or pan, pour over orange juice, honey, then cover with foil.
Raise smoker to 250 degrees and remove the ham when it reaches around 203 degrees, but, more importantly, ensure it is probe tender.
Allow to rest for a minimum of 45 minutes before pulling.
While resting, add glaze ingredients to a small pan and simmer for 5 minutes.
Brush on top of potato rolls, bake at 350 for 6 minutes.
Shred ham, remove bone, and toss in some of the juices from the pan.
Place about 1/4 cup of ham in each slider. Enjoy!
